Registration and Payment Policy
Full Payment Requirement:
Full payment is required at the time of registration for all courses. Please ensure that you meet all prerequisites and course requirements before registering.Law Enforcement-Only Courses:
Some courses are exclusively for law enforcement professionals. If you register for a course marked as law enforcement-only and do not hold active credentials, you will forfeit your tuition payment. Some courses are exclusively for bail enforcement professionals. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy, including all refund and cancellation procedures.
Student-Initiated Cancellations
Non-Refundable Tuition:
Tuition is non-refundable for cancellations initiated by the student. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we offer the following options for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the course start date:Full Refund (minus a 10% processing fee): If we are able to fill your spot from a waiting list, a full refund (minus a 10% processing fee) will be issued.
Full Credit for Future Training: Alternatively, you may choose to receive a full credit toward another course within 12 months of the original course date.
Cancellation Timing:
Cancellations must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the start of the course to qualify for a refund or credit. Cancellations received within 14 days of the course will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Course Cancellations by Joint Tactical Consulting
Course Cancellations:
In the unlikely event that Joint Tactical Consulting cancels a course, you will have the option to choose one of the following:Full Refund: You will receive a full refund for the tuition paid.
Tuition Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for a tuition credit equal to the amount paid, which can be applied to a future course.
Instructor or Schedule Changes:
If there are any changes to the instructor or schedule that do not result in course cancellation, we will notify participants in advance. No refunds or credits will be issued for changes in instructors or course dates, but every effort will be made to accommodate any scheduling conflicts.
